The service offer

We have a range of packages that have been designed from years of experience. They’ve been developed to provide the right type of assistance to leave you feeling, happier and more independent in your home.

Reassurance*

For as little as £4.35 + VAT a week, we will provide you with:

  • A lifeline
  • A pendant alarm
  • An instant response service from a trained professional, just down the road. Our centre staff have local knowledge meaning we can offer you the fastest response possible
  • Operators who will stay on the line with you, until additional help arrives at your door
  • A mobile response for non-medical emergencies, if required, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year**

Please note: standard lifeline units connect to a telephone line. Your telephone line provider will charge you the standard call rate for all activations made by your alarm unit. This cost is normally minimal.

Secure at Home*

For £5.95 + VAT a week we will provide you with everything in the Reassurance package AND either a smoke detector or bogus caller alarm AND one of: extreme temperature monitor, smoke detector, Carbon Monoxide monitor or bogus caller alarm

 

Safe at Home*

For £6.99 + VAT a week we will provide you with everything in the Reassurance package AND a falls detector and bed sensor

 

Support for Independence*

For £7.99 + VAT a week we will provide you with everything in the Reassurance, Secure at Home and Safe at Home packages

Bespoke Packages

We can create bespoke packages to meet your individual needs. To learn more about the items we offer, please view our full list of equipment, here.  Bespoke packages will be priced individually based upon the combination of equipment that you require

For GSM lifelines there is an additional charge of £1.50 per week. This includes all call charges

Daily reassurance

For £3.50 + VAT a per week, you’ll get a daily phone call from a member of our team. This can be arranged at a time of your choosing and is bookable on a weekly basis

We charge an initial installation fee of just £19.95. During your installation, one of our friendly and skilled engineers will walk you through how to use the technology.

*For an extra 75p per week, all of these packages can include a police approved key safe to allow ease of access in an emergency situation.

‘I’m OK Lifeline’ – a special offer for NCH residents

As a special offer to NCH residents who are in receipt of Housing Benefit, we’re now able to offer an ‘I’m OK Lifeline’ alarm at a very special price of just £1.50 per week – that’s less than 22p a day!

The alarm offers all the usual features of our standard lifeline alarm, but also asks you to notify Nottingham on Call that you’re ‘OK’ on a regular basis simply by pressing a button on your alarm unit. The time and how often you let us know that you’re ok will be based on your own personal needs and lifestyle.

 

Funding

You may be eligible to have the cost of our services met by the Local Authority if you are in receipt of a long-term funded social care package. Call us on 0115 746 9010 to discuss.
